Adult Children of Alcoholics are people who grew up in dysfunctional homes, where one or both parents were alcoholics or suffered other addictions. 6 weeks of 90 minute sessions.

Group meets every Monday evening from 5:30pm-7:00pm. Dates: November 6th-December 11th
Adult Children of Alcoholics are people who grew up in dysfunctional homes, where one or both parents were alcoholics or suffered other addictions. As children, they experienced growing up in a chaotic environment where abuse, neglect and trauma deeply affected them. As adults this affects and influences how they deal with all aspects of their lives. This group provides a safe, nonjudgmental environment that allows therapeutic processing of grief for lost childhoods and helps to identify and heal core trauma, experience relief from shame and abandonment, and begin the process of healing. We will use elements Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
The fee for this group is $50 a session for 6 weekly 90 minutes sessions. Total payment is due before the first session.
